If your rec dancer will be missing class (sickness, trips, school activities, etc.), please complete the Absence Form.
Company dancers must text the studio. Do not use the absence form.

Company Class Make-up Form

If you are missing a required/technique company class, please complete the Company Class Make-up Form. If you are missing a choreography class, please reach out to us via email or GroupMe.

Drop A Class Form

You cannot drop your dancer from your end; the Studio must do it. Complete the Drop A Class Form, before the 1st of the month to be dropped from the class and stop new month charges.

Recital Form

Complete and submit the recital form for each of your dancers wanting to perform in the May recital. A physical copy of the form must be turned into the office by December 1st; emails are not accepted.
