Q: When do classes start?
A: Fall classes start, Tuesday, September 5th.

Q: What is your studio doing to keep our dancers healthy?
A: Our teachers and staff are dedicated to keeping our dancers safe and healthy. Studios are cleaned each night along with regularly scheduled deep cleanings. Dancers who are sick, should stay home.

Q: How do I register my dancer?
A: Our fall season begins on Tuesday, September 5th.  Registration is managed through DanceStudio-Pro.

Q: What level is my dancer?
A: Level K-1: Kinder-1st Grade, Level 1: 1st-2nd Grade, Level 2: 2nd-3rd Grade, Level 3: 3rd-4th Grade, Level 4: 4th-5th Grade
Level 5: 5th-7th Grade, Teen: 8th-12th Grade, Levels 6, 7, 8 and 9: Company Only

Q: What is DanceStudio-Pro?
A: The DanceStudio-Pro is a secure software utility/app Elite Dance Studio uses to manage payments, class registration, etc.

Q: What ways can I pay online? Can I change the way that I pay?
A: You can pay online with a Visa or Mastercard, or you may enter bank account information. Through DanceStudio-Pro, you may keep multiple credit cards/bank accounts on file. You select the primary account. From our end, we see the primary payment option.  This is the account that will be charged for payments.

Q: The DanceStudio-Pro made me enter my credit card information, but I prefer to pay by cash/check at Elite Dance Studio. Is there a way to do this?
A: Yes. DanceStudio-Pro asks for payment information, but if you would rather pay by cash/check at the Elite Dance Studio office, you are more than welcome to do so. However, tuition is due by the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend, it will be due the following Monday. If you do not pay by cash/check at the Studio before this date, then the credit card on file will be charged. An e-mail is sent out if/when this happens. Note: You are able to use your bank account information as the main method of payment.

Q: If I was registered for the summer sessions, will my card continue to be charged?
A: Your account will not be charged after a session is over, unless there is a delinquent balance. Your dancer is no longer enrolled in classes after session end date.

Q: How does tuition work?
A: Tuition is charged monthly, due the 1st of each month. If you join after the 1st of the month, the class will automatically pro-rate in your account.

Q: How much is it to enroll my dancer?
A: Tuition is billed monthly; the price depends on how many classes the dancer takes. There is also a one-time $30 registration fee. Please review Schedule and Pricing.

Q: I registered my dancer for a class, but she/he can no longer do it. What do I do?
A: You cannot drop your dancer from your end; the Studio must do it.  Complete the Official Withdrawal Form, before the 1st of the month to be dropped from the class and stop new month charges.
