Billing & Account Policies

  • Accounts run on the 1st of the month.

  • All accounts must have banking information on file (autopay) to stay active. Cash or check payments must be delivered to the office before the 1st. Declining autopay does not stop the account from running if payment isn't received in full by the 1st.

  • Most families pay through Dance Studio Pro with direct debit. A small service fee applies, and online registration forms must be completed each year.

  • Families are responsible for notifying the studio of a new card expiration date or new payment method.

Dropping a Class / Withdrawal

To withdraw, you must complete both steps before the 1st of the month:

  1. Email the studio

  2. Submit the online withdrawal form

  • Requests received on or after the 1st are not eligible for refunds or account credits.

  • Withdrawing mid-term still incurs charges for the entire invoiced period - this includes direct debit customers.

  • No refunds for classes missed due to cancellations or holidays. Make-up lessons or an alternative class will be offered where possible for classes canceled by Elite.
